Where does health begin?

Health begins with the remembrance of who we are and how we are naturally designed as human beings to be deeply nourished by the gifts of love, truth and beauty. These gifts, like all gifts, can only be received and given in the relationships that we have with ourselves, others and our world.

We live at a time when we desperately need the resurrection of truth, the restoration of love and the opportunity to return to the basics of caring for our spirits, hearts, minds, bodies and relationships. To be healthy is to Breathe, Listen, Ask, Look and Move in the present moment and experience hope, joy, love, truth, imagination, feelings, thoughts, sounds, colors, shapes, smells, tastes and sights. Health is not a result but a practice of being human, being present and opening our hands, hearts, spirits, minds and bodies to life and to living how we are naturally designed to be receivers and givers of truth and love.

You are invited to join me for a different conversation about what it means to be healthy.
