The Vive Exercise Class


VIVE is restorative exercise routine designed to help stop and correct damaging patterns of movement that prohibit the body from sitting, standing, walking and moving as it is designed. VIVE helps to strengthen and stretch glutes, hip flexors, core and muscles in the feet, legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms and neck. The Vive Exercises work together to rebuild the physical foundation needed for balance, strength, flexibility and mobility
